Simply plug the charger into the bottom of your ANX pen and then attach the USB end to a power source. The light on the bottom of the pen should come on when charging.

TROUBLESHOOT YOUR PEN

**For those customers outside of Colorado, once you receive your ANX product please unscrew the mouthpiece (be careful not to drip oil) then screw the mouthpiece back on tight.

The purpose of this is to allow the product to pressurize so it operates correctly. Since Colorado is a high-altitude state some products operate differently when they get to sea level and just need the pressure released.
